1. What is deVere Core App?
deVere core is a portfolio tracker app, exclusively offered to deVere clients. The app allows you to access holdings, premium payments and future offers, directly from your phone. Anything you need to know about your portfolio, is all in one secure place.
2. How do I get started?
i) Download the app from apple or google play app store. When you open the app for the first time, you have the option to create an account.
ii) When you select to create the account, input the invite code, which is distributed by your consultant. If you are not a deVere client, you can request one from the app itself and receive via email or SMS.
iii) Proceed by being redirected to the Core Mobile App signup portal, where you can also choose to log into the application through Facebook, LinkedIn, Google accounts, Microsoft accounts, or a Core Account (requiring an email and a password). After this is done, on Core you are linked to the social media account used in the signup.
3. Can I have more than one social media accounts linked to the same account?
Yes, you can have multiple social media accounts linked to the same account, but if you signed up with a Facebook account, the other platforms will not work unless they are linked individually. You need to sign in with any account you signed up with.
4. How does deVere Core work?
Policy information is directly fed from our back-end software system into the app. Therefore, whatever related data is inputted in our software system, will automatically be updated on the app. Your overall assets are then calculated and are represented in the form of charts. Whether there is an increase or decrease in securities or cash value, you can monitor your portfolio’s true performance wherever you are.
5. What is the Portfolio Breakdown?
The Portfolio breakdown is a visual representation of the different financial policies you have invested in, with their given present value.
6. What other information do I have access to?
For every policy you hold, you are given an overview of the plan, access to asset and currency allocation charts, security and cash holdings, cash movements, premium payments and acquisitions and disposals.
7. What is the deVere News Portal?
The deVere news portal is a feature that provides major current economic and financial news from all over the world.
8. I cannot reach my Financial Advisor, what is the next step?
If you cannot reach your FA, you will need to contact our CSV team through the contact page via email or directly by phone, so a new adviser can be assigned to you instantly.
